Ich bin Geschäftsführer dre größten gemeinnützigen Vorarlberg(VOGEWOSI) und bin seit ca. 10 Jahren Stammgast in Ihrem Hotel anläßlich meiner Verbandstätigkeit in Wien (bin Aufsichtsrat und Delegierter im Verband der gemeinnützigen Bauvereinigungen Österreichs. Es ist mir ein besonderes Anliegen und Bedürfnis Ihnen mitzuteilen dass ich mit Lage, Ausstattung, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, vor allem aber mit Ihrem Service nicht nur sehr zufrieden, sondern schlichtweg begeistert bin. Ihr Hotel macht - trotz Alter der Bausubstanz - immer einen sehr gepflegten eindruck, die Räume sind sehr sauber, das Frühstückbuffet sehr gut aber nicht übertrieben und Ihr Personal ist überaus zuvorkommend und freundlich - eine Qualität, die man nicht von jedem besseren Hotel in Österreich behaupten kann. Ich darf Sie ersuchen dieses Lob auch an Ihre Mitarbeiter weiterzugeben und freue mich noch viele Jahre Stammgast in Ihrem Vorzeigebetrieb sein zu dürfen. Donnerstag, 23-09-10 11:45 We stayed with you from 15th to 20th September and want to thank you all for making our stay so perfect. We loved our room, number 404. It was comfortable, spacious and beautifully furnished. The bathroom was perfect too, large and always very clean. The breakfast was the best we have found in the many hotels we have stayed in. Absolutely delicious. The breakfast staff was always helpful and smiling and helped us to begin our day with a smile. All the staff were very helpful and kind and are an asset to the hotel. It was a pleasure to come back to the hotel after a day sight-seeing and be greeted by Ulrika's friendly smile. Please give our thanks to everyone who made our stay in your lovely hotel so good.
