| Montag, 24-08-09 17:45 E' un hotel in cui la cortesia, la professionalità, la pulizia ed il rispetto verso il cliente sono coniugati ai massimi livelli. E' un hotel che si trova nel centro di Vienna ma è silenzioso come un hotel alpino. Non hai alcun problema con la lingua poichè il personale di servizio parla molto bene l'italiano e poi, cosa molto importante è la presenza di Piero, responsabile della Reception. Piero, oltre alla sua gentilezza ti sa anche dare ottimi consigli su come sfruttare al meglio la permanenza a Vienna. Mi sento di consigliar caldamente questo hotel a coloro che intendono recarsi a Vienna, tralasciando qualsiasi altra attività di ricerca hotel. La mia famiglia ed io, quando torneremo a Vienna, sapremo già dove prenotare. |

| Mittwoch, 19-08-09 10:36 Having just returned from our fourth (and longest) stay at the 'Austria' I just wanted to say how much we were able to see a lot more of the city this time. However the thing that makes it most enjoyable is the atmosphere and friendliness of the 'Austria'. Everyone makes you feel welcome and could not be more helpful. During all of our visits we have never had cause to complain and it is clear that everyone there takes pride in their work and makes every effort to ensure guests are well looked after. Especial thanks to Renate and Klaus for their attention. We very much hope to make a 5th visit at some time in the future as there are still parts of Vienna we have yet to see - needless to say our hotel of choice would be the 'Austria'. |

Its central location allows easy access to the sights of this beautiful city; the generous breakfast will keep you going for hours and the clean and well appointed rooms allow you to relax and enjoy some well deserved rest from walking around the palaces and galleries! We cant praise this hotel and its staff enough, and look forward to returning in the future. |
