The voltage in Austria is 220 V. Adapters can be borrowed (deposit € 10.00) at the front desk.

Airport transfer
Please contact the front desk, if you wish an airport transfer or pick-up, rates start at € 38.00 for a standard car. 

Baby sitter
We are pleased to arrange for a baby sitter for your children.  

Bicycle rental
Sightseeing by bicycle? Try one of our Hotel AUSTRIA - city bikes! The bicycles are available for rental at the front desk at the daily rate of € 13.00, including a helmet.

Blankets and pillows
Additional blankets and pillows (also non-allergic ones) are available on request.  

Breakfast
Buffet breakfast is served between 7:00 and 10:00 hours in our breakfast room on the ground floor. If you wish to have breakfast before that time, please place your order for continental breakfast the night before. Breakfast in the room is served between 7:00 and 10:00 hours at an additional charge of € 2.00 per person.

Check-out
Please vacate your room until 11:00 hours. We are pleased to accept cash payment, all major credit cards as well as Maestro/Bankomat for settling your account.

Foreign currency exchange service is available at the front desk.

Flight assistance
Please contact the front desk, if we may assist you in booking or re-confirming your flight.  

Fitness/Spa
Please ask our front desk staff for recommendations on a fitness centre, spa or pool.

We are pleased to arrange for flowers for every occasion for you, please place your order at the front desk.  

Hair dresser
There are various hair dressers close-by to our hotel. Please contact us, if you wish to make an appointment.

In the lobby we provide free internet access with high speed connection for our guests.

Iron
Iron and iron board are available at the front desk.  

Kettle
Each room offers free tea- and coffee making facilities.

Library
We have a book shelf with a small selection of foreign books in our hall. You may borrow a book anytime. If you wish to keep one, we kindly ask you to trade with one of your books.

Laundry service
We offer in-house laundry and ironing service. If you hand in your laundry by 10:00 hours you will get it back the same day. Dry cleaning will be taken to the dry cleaner for you.  

Luggage storage
Your luggage can be stored in our luggage room near the front desk.  

Mail
You can leave your outgoing mail with us. Any messages and incoming mail will be kept at the front desk for you.  

Minibar
In each room you will find a minibar offering you a very good selection of drinks and snacks.  

Newspapers
In our breakfast-room you will find International and Austrian newspapers.  

Non-smoking rooms
For your well-being we offer many rooms for non-smokers in our hotel.  

Parking garage
You can park your car in a garage nearby to our hotel at the rate of € 20.00 per day.  Parking cards for the post garage must be returned to the hotel on the day of departure. For lost or not returned cards we have to charge € 36.00 replacement costs.

Refreshments
Soft as well as alcoholic drinks and coffee and tea are served all day at our front desk bar.  

Restaurants
Our hotel is surrounded by a large amount of very good restaurants offering Viennese cuisine and International specialities. Please contact the front desk for a good suggestion or a table reservation.

Room key
Please hand your key in at the front desk when leaving the hotel. Our front desk staff is on duty 24 hours. If you find the entrance door locked, please ring the door bell next to the door.

Safety deposit box
Each room offers a safety deposit box. Please contact the front desk for the key.  

Short term parking
Tickets can be bought at the front desk (€ 0,60, valid for 30 minutes).  

Stamps
Ask at the front desk for stamps for your letters and postcards.

Our terrace, situated on the 2nd floor, stays open until 22:00 hours on sunny days and mild evenings.

We gladly assist you in obtaining tickets for the opera, theatre or concerts.

All rooms are equipped with a multilingual cable television.

Direct pick-up from the hotel for tours and excursions in and around Vienna. Further information and details can be obtained at the front desk.

Get your Vienna Card for € 19,90 at the front desk, which allows you unlimited travel on any underground, bus or tram for a period of 72 hours and enjoy some of the most attractive monuments and museums at special price reductions.
