Room - tiny but pretty and clean. Bathroom - neat, just renewed. Location - perfect, quiet but central. Nothing to complain about. Thank you!

We were a party of 5 with 3 rooms, all of which were excellent. The hotel facilities were just as described and the staff were very friendly & helpful. The location was very central, near to trams & tube and round the corner from the airport coach. We would highly recommend this hotel and will use it again next time we visit Vienna. The staff were friendly, helpful and gave excellent advise and assistance when required. A special thanks goes to them. We were very impressed and satisfied with Hotel Austria. Our experience proved that it is in a great location. We appreciated the close proximity to the city centre, handy to restaurants and taverns, as well as convenient to many tourist venues. We were overwhelmed at the isolation from city noise and thoroughly enjoyed the ambience of the Hotel. We will highly recommend Hotel Austria wherever and whenever we can.
