Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten -und sicher nicht zum letzten- Mal hier und waren wieder begeistert. Vor allem die besondere Freundlichkeit des GESAMTEN Personals, von der Rezeption bis zur Bedienung beim Frühstück ist hervorzuheben. Wir wissen von vielen anderen Aufenthalte in anderen Hotels dass dies NICHT selbstverständlich ist und wissen Ihre Freundlichkeit und Bemühtheit umso mehr zu schätzen!!! |

Everyone in our party loved the hotel, they felt welcome and comfortable and enjoyed the ambience you create for your guests. Every member of staff war warm, friendly and helpful, which was much appreciated by us. My first stay at the Hotel Austria was in 2004 and I have stayed with you every year since then, even bringing our families and friends. You have made each visit like a homecoming and I hope to be able to continue visiting Vienna. |

We were always made to feel very welcomed and valued at your hotel. Staff were always able to help us by providing directions and answering our many questions. I would like to especially thank the Day Manager who helped us get to Soos to dine at Grabner-Sederl. This was very special occasion and one that we will always cherish. Thank you ... |
