Video surveillance is carried out in the following interior area of our premises:
Main entrance – visible area facing the outside

Purposes of Video Surveillance:
Protection of the physical safety, life, and property of the controller, its employees, and customers; protection of the controller, its employees, and customers against dangerous attacks; and evaluation of the recorded data for specific purposes in the event of an incident.

Legal Basis for Video Surveillance:
We process data concerning you on the basis of our legitimate interests or those of a third party in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Categories of Personal Data Processed:
Video image data, spatial and temporal context, and the identity of the data subject (to the extent recognizable).

Retention Period / Erasure Deadlines:
We do not store your data for longer than 72 hours, unless longer retention is necessary and proportionate (for example, if conduct with potential criminal relevance has been recorded and must be reported).

Recipients or Categories of Recipients of the Data:
For this data processing, we engage processors who regularly maintain the surveillance system.
Data may be disclosed to law enforcement authorities, courts, legal representatives, and insurance companies if criminally relevant behavior can be substantiated.

Information on Legal Remedies:
Since we process your data based on our legitimate interests, you generally have the right to object to the processing if you have reasons arising from your particular situation that speak against such processing. You also have the rights of access, rectification, deletion, and restriction of processing. To exercise these rights, please contact us.
There is no right to data portability.
