From MOTORWAY A2 (Graz, Klagenfurt): Direction PRAHA, exit ERDBERG/ZENTRUM, along Danube canal (Untere Donaustrasse) which you cross at Salztorbruecke. Via Salztorgasse, Vorlaufstrasse, Marc-Aurel-Strasse left into Hoher Markt, left again into Rotenturmstrasse and first right into Fleischmarkt. Directly opposite the restaurant Griechenbeisl to turn right into Wolfengasse.
From MOTORWAY A1 (Linz, Salzburg): Exit ZENTRUM, follow the signs for Zentrum (center) along Hietzinger Hauptstr., Schoenbrunner Schlossstr., Rechte Wienzeile; at Opernring you turn left and follow the Ringroad and Franz-Josefs-Kai; at Salztorgasse turn right, via Vorlaufstrasse, Marc-Aurel-Strasse left into Hoher Markt, left again into Rotenturmstrasse und first right into Fleischmarkt. Directly opposite the restaurant Griechenbeisl turn right into Wolfengasse.
Arriving by train
From Hauptbahnhof (Main Station): Underground line U1 from Hauptbahnhof direction Leopoldau until station Schwedenplatz. Take exit Schwedenplatz, follow Laurenzerberg, then right into Fleischmarkt and first left into Wolfengasse. Taxi: approx. 15 minutes.
From West Station: Underground line U3 direction Simmering, exit station Stephansplatz, follow Rotenturmstrasse, right into Fleischmarkt, second small street right into Wolfengasse. Taxi: approx. 20 minutes.
From Station Meidling: Underground line U6 direction Floridsdorf until Laengenfeldgasse, then change to underground line U4 direction Heiligenstadt until Schwedenplatz. Take exit Schwedenplatz, follow Laurenzerberg, then right into Fleischmarkt and first left into Wolfengasse. Taxi: approx. 25 minutes.
Arriving by plane
Public bus (every 30 minutes) to Schwedenplatz/Morzinplatz, from there 3 walking minutes (via Franz-Josefs-Kai, Rotenturmstrasse and Fleischmarkt) to Hotel Austria. Taxi: approx. 30 minutes. We can arrange airport limousine or minibus service, prices from EURO 40,- on.
